As the clinical team lead, you will work alongside our Medical Director and Manager of Clinical Operations to provide best-in class patient care and experience for our members in a remote, telehealth environment.

Responsibilities Include:

    • Overseeing the development and implementation of the clinical quality assurance and care management programs and initiatives designed to ensure that Lifeforce members receive high-quality, coordinated care and optimal health outcomes. This will include shadowing live telehealth visits, reviewing charts and survey responses and information from other sources. 
    • Assisting in hiring and onboarding new clinicians as well as maintaining the training and SOPs, ensuring the clinical staff is adhering to Lifeforce clinical protocols. 
    • Conducting performance reviews for the clinicians
    • Identifying and implementing quality improvements, and providing guidance and training to team members, providing feedback to improve clinician execution during clinical encounters
    • Measuring the clinical quality rate and achieving set monthly and quarterly targets 
    • Assisting and managing the clinical RN team in addressing clinical messages, including management of adverse events, side effects, and other member questions related to treatment plan. 20% of time will be allocated towards addressing the clinical message queue, calling members and handling escalations
    • Assisting Medical Director in capacity planning and hiring
    • Ensuring compliance with advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs)
    • Managing clinicians’ telehealth schedule and time sheets
    • Maintain KPIs related to clinical quality and health outcomes
    • Handling and resolving clinical escalations in a high-quality manner that fosters member retention
    • Assisting clinical operations team and medical director in RCM, making sure clinicians adhering to proper ICD-10 and CPT codes and proper charting for billing. 

You Should Get in Touch if You Are/Have:

    • Autonomous, multi-licensed RN/NP preferred with experience in internal medicine or subspecialties, family practice, OB/Gyn, functional and/or integrative medicine
    • 2+ years of experience in a telehealth care, care management, or care coordination role 
    • 5+ years in an ambulatory adult chronic disease management care setting such as primary care, cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, 
    • 2+ years experience in leading a clinical team focusing on QA
    • Experience working in a 100% remote environment
    • Experience working as a part of an interdisciplinary care team 
    • Experience collaborating closely with a Product team or Product managers
    • A strong interest and passion for wellness, fitness and nutrition
    • Are tech-savvy and can quickly acquire proficiency with the new systems and tooling
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Energized by a team environment, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and successfully collaborate with diverse groups at all levels of the organization when needed
    • Strong time management skills and can work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of telehealth operations and regulatory standards

$115,000 - $125,000 a year
