About the Role

Remo is on a mission to fundamentally change the dementia care journey for patients and their family caregivers. 

As a  Licensing Specialist, you  will report directly to our LCE Manager and play an integral role in our ability to execute on our mission by implementing and scaling our virtual care model. You will prepare documentation for licenses as well as submit license applications on behalf of providers across multiple specialties. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Interact professionally with state licensing boards, clinicians, client representatives, and internal teams.

  • Act as a liaison between medical boards and clinicians regarding licensures requirements, questions, and updates on the status of applications.

  • Meet day to day Licensing goals with a primary focus on processing clinician licensing applications.

  • Participate in the development of internal licensing processes.

  • Request and verify documentation and information pertaining to clinician credentials and certifications for license.

  • Complete provider applications in a variety of states based on direction from various team members/management.

  • Participate in periodic departmental and/or other meetings.

You May Be a Good Fit If You

  • Have a minimum of three years experience in Medical Provider Licensing.

  • Have experience with multi state and specialty licensing. 

  • Have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Have above-average organizational skills.

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Have professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
