About your key responsibilities and impact:

 
  • Executing L&D strategies by delivering learning programs aligned with business and employee needs;
  • Implementing learning processes within the organization;
  • Tracking budgets and reporting on the effectiveness of learning initiatives;
  • Receiving and managing training requests to support a culture of continuous learning;
  • Designing and delivering learning solutions and training content, ensuring they align with business objectives and organizational goals;
  • Coordinating training events, including scheduling, material preparation, online venue management, and speaker coordination;
  • Maintaining records of learning programs, including attendance, progress tracking, and assessments;
  • Providing administrative support for leadership development and performance assessments;
  • Administrating contracts with external vendors, consultants, or training providers as needed to supplement internal resources and expertise;
  • Delivering training sessions, workshops, or coaching where necessary, especially on standard topics;
  • Deploying learning content across various platforms (LMS, in-person, e-learning);
  • Engaging with employees, managers, and HR functions to deliver learning solutions;
  • Administering contracts with external vendors and assisting in managing relationships for learning delivery;
  • Communicating and assisting employees in navigating learning solutions and ensuring high participation rates;
  • Collecting and analyzing participant feedback to evaluate program success and suggest improvements;
  • Implementing changes to learning initiatives based on insights from evaluations, business needs, and emerging trends;
  • Monitoring and executing specific L&D KPIs to ensure process quality.

Essential professional experience:

  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics;
  • Experience in developing and managing comprehensive training and development programs;
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle logistics and scheduling for learning programs;
  • Ability to identify problems and risks and suggest solutions to resolve them;
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and report on key metrics and learner feedback related to training effectiveness to evaluate program success and suggest improvements;
  • Readiness to generate and interpret defined basic reports and dashboards;
  • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages;
  • Ability to assist in engaging employees and managers in learning programs and encourage continuous learning;
  • Collaborative mindset and readiness to work with various teams across the organization;
  • Supporting team efforts to continuously improve L&D strategies.
 

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Experience in building and implementation of L&D practices for remote teams.
