You will work in a team of bright-minded individuals looking after the growth and expansion of TransferGo’s SME product offering. Here’s what you’ll be doing as Lead Product Manager:
- Taking end-to-end responsibility for TransferGo Business across the organisation
- Collaborating with high-level stakeholders, including C-level executives and co-founders, to define and execute product strategies
- Working closely with engineering teams to deliver products with the right mix of features, speed, and quality
- Partnering with compliance, customer support, marketing, AML, and other key teams to find solutions that deliver business and customer value
- Engaging directly with customers to understand their pains and needs, shaping a business growth strategy that aligns with both customer and company goals
- Owning and being accountable for business value generation from TransferGo’s SME product offering
- Leading initiatives such as accounting system integration and multi-user access (role control) for TransferGo Business
- Driving the growth of TransferGo Business revenue, making it an increasingly important part of the company’s overall success
- Bringing a product-first mindset to ensure TransferGo Business scales effectively and meets market needs
You’ll report to our Product Director, Justas Graužinis.
Here’s what we’d love from our new Lead Product Manager:
- Strong experience in product management, particularly in a fintech or SME-focused environment
- Experience working end-to-end on product launches, including strategy, development, and go-to-market execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-level executives and senior leadership
- Ability to make data-driven decisions while balancing speed and quality in product development
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, customer support, and marketing teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for customer needs while aligning with business goals
And if you can also do this stuff, even better:
- Experience in SME fintech and a deep understanding of the challenges SMEs face when dealing with financial services
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling business or SME financial products
- Familiarity with Notion, Jira, Miro, diagramming or wireframing tools
- Basic user research and interviewing skills to better understand customer needs
- Knowledge of business banking, payments, or accounting system integrations
