We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with a strong background in Infrastructure, and a proven ability to navigate and execute complex multi-cloud strategies for enterprise customers. As part of Rackspace team, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that span across multiple cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.). This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience leading large-scale transformations in high-impact industries.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, product teams, security, and solution strategy, to provide leadership in designing cloud-first and solutions that address the unique needs of each customer, while also empowering them to maximize the value of their investments across multiple clouds. You will also act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices, delivering thought leadership, and shaping the future of cloud architectures and solutions in the enterprise space.

The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $180,300 - $264,440.
The anticipated starting pay range for Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $191,900 - $281,490.
The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City and Washington is: $210,000 - $308,000.
Based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments.
These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance, and may change at any time.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
