π₯Role: Weβre looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager (Middle+ / Senior level) to join our business development team and take full ownership of our multichannel outreach strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative with strategy, and confident managing outbound and inbound lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, Upwork, and email.

π¨βπ»Type of cooperation: Full-time, remote.
π―Your responsibilities on the project will be handling various lead generation activities in the Sales Department:
- Build and manage outbound outreach workflows using Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn automation tools.
- Launch and optimize outreach campaigns (email and LinkedIn) with a help of marketing department and clear ICP strategy.
- Oversee and improve leadgen flows through all active channels (LinkedIn, email, Upwork, inbound).
- Track and manage leads in HubSpot with clear segmentation and tagging.
- Generate strategies for Upwork, outreach, target segmentation, and market testing.
- Upwork account performance: improve win rate, refine proposals, and define new approaches.
- Identify and validate lead opportunities, qualify them, and schedule intro calls for the Sales team.
- Regularly report on leadgen performance and collaborate on strategy improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and tools in automation, personalization, and lead generation.
π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦You can be part of the following team: 5 people (Leadgen Team Lead, Leadgen manager, Sales manager, Head of Sales, Marketing team lead).

πOur requirements to you:
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT/software services;
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, email automation, and lead databases;
- Good writing skills for short-form messages and sequences;
- Deep understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and automation platforms (Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, etc);
- Ability to work independently, track KPIs, and take ownership of funnel performance;
- High level of self-organization, attention to detail, and communication skills;
- Fluent English β B2+/C1 level, both written and spoken.
π₯It would be cool if you have experience:
- Experience setting up ICP-based strategies;
- Knowledge of sales funnels and conversion tracking;
- Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools.
