Ability to close warm leads that self-schedule on your calendar
Experience with Dimensional Fund Advisors and can articulate the value of their investment philosophy straightforwardly to clients
Certified Financial Planner
Ready to learn—we continually strive to improve our skillset to deliver the best possible experience to clients
Bonus points: Right Capital and Holistiplan experience

What you'll do:

Engage directly with clients to best support their financial planning needs
Follow Root’s internal service schedule to delight your clients through proactive service and attentiveness to their needs
Work relentlessly to earn clients’ trust
Oversees client investment, income, and tax strategies, utilizing Root’s proprietary processes to meet all necessary needs and actions
