Junior Strong Project Manager

We're looking for a Junior Strong Project Manager to assist in managing internal company projects, ensuring smooth execution, and contributing to process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for project management, strong organizational skills, and a keen interest in working with cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for a Junior Strong Project Manager who has:

  • 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT;
  • A technical background or a relevant University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - must.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, BA, UI/UX, etc.);
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members;
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent English (B2+) for internal communication;

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Junior Strong Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of internal projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives;
  • Support the team in defining project goals, scope, and priorities;
  • Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and schedules;
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support process improvements;
  • Identify potential risks and contribute to mitigation strategies;
  • Track project progress, analyze KPIs, and provide reports to stakeholders;
  • Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams;
  • Support process optimization and efficiency improvements in internal projects.
