- Identify Growth Opportunities: Discover and pursue growth points to boost sales and uncover potential opportunities within the Indonesian transport sector.
- Client Outreach & Relationship Management: Engage with transport operators and sellers, maintaining and nurturing these professional relationships.
- Content Enhancement: Work with 12Go content to improve its effectiveness and enhance conversion rates.
- Task Execution: Execute tasks assigned by management efficiently, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Best Practices Implementation: Follow established best practices and operational procedures while proactively addressing and escalating issues when necessary.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance alerts and take prompt action to resolve issues.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with team members and external partners, promptly reporting any issues or missed tasks.
- Continuous Improvement: Learn from feedback, apply constructive criticism to improve performance, and avoid repeating mistakes.
