[Job - 20432] Junior Salesforce Admin + QA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to enhance our quality assurance and testing processes. As a Junior SDET, you will assist in triage issues, creating and executing test and ensuring the reliability and performance of our software solutions.
Your growing expertise in test automation and software development will contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automated tests and test frameworks to validate software applications across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand product requirements and support the creation of comprehensive test plans.
Triage the production issues for SalesForce, and solution simple admin requests.
Analyze test results, and report any defects or issues.
Contribute to the enhancement of existing testing methodologies.
Maintain documentation for automated processes, test results, and testing methodologies.
Work closely with the development team to help replicate and resolve bugs, and verify fixes.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills related to SalesForce admin activities, and quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Some experience as an SDET, Test Engineer, or in a similar role with a focus on quality assurance and test automation is preferred.
Basic knowledge of programming languages used in test automation, java, typescript, javascript
Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Playwright
Understanding of API testing and tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.) is beneficial.
Basic knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and regression testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a global setting.
Relevant certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) are a plus.
