Italian Speaking Technical Support Consultant - Athens (Remote in Greece)

We are currently in search of an Italian Speaking Technical Support Consultant who will provide remote assistance from Greece to our diverse clientele. This role is perfect for tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about helping others and possess strong communication skills in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring quick support and customer satisfaction.
• Educate clients about our products, guiding them on how to maximize their usage and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and technical solutions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical issues and contribute to product enhancements.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Continuously update your knowledge of products and industry developments related to technical support.

• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and effective troubleshooting techniques.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
