At transcosmos Europe, we keep the digital engines running — and our Internal Service Desk (ISD) team is at the heart of that mission. We’re now looking for a smart, service-driven IT Technical Support Analyst to join our growing internal support team.

You won’t just fix issues — you’ll enable smoother operations across our local and remote delivery sites, support global colleagues, and make sure our tech stack works as hard as we do. Whether it’s a VPN issue, a laptop emergency, or a systems update, you’ll be the go-to expert behind our internal user experience.

Location: Debrecen, Hungary

Type of employment: Full-time

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8.00-16:30

Mode: Hybrid/on-site

💡What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver expert IT technical support to TCIS end-users via phone, in-person, or online, ensuring seamless service across all operational sites.
  • Assess and identify the right hardware and software solutions to effectively resolve TCIS IT challenges.
  • Manage all incident cases promptly and professionally, meeting agreed service levels while ensuring customer satisfaction and thorough documentation within our call logging systems.
  • Keep internal support queues lean by proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
  • Provide timely updates on all raised incidents, keeping users informed every step of the way.
  • Empower users to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of TCIS IT applications and equipment.
  • Take ownership of routine housekeeping and reporting duties across TCIS IT responsibilities, including managing shared resources.
  • Leverage TCIS IT monitoring and management tools proactively to detect and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, external support groups, and TCIS vendors or suppliers to drive fast and effective solutions.
  • Conduct hardware and software audits as needed, ensuring compliance and up-to-date inventories.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of TCIS IT policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance at all times.
  • Consistently meet and exceed TCIS IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), contributing to the team’s overall success.

Requirements

 

💡What You Bring:

Technical: 

  • Experience of using tickets logging systems and capacity to learn new technology/systems.
  • Excellent I.T Technical Support skills covering the following I.T areas: Microsoft O/S Desktop Environment, Apple iOS, MacOS,  VoIP Solutions (Telephony, Video Meetings) , Microsoft Application Support, Portable Mobile Devices (Tablets, Phones), Local Area Networking, Remote Connectivity Principals – VPN, RDP
  • Full understanding of LAN Protocols such as TCP/IP,
  • Two Factor Technologies

  • Maintaining close working relationships with appropriate customer representatives at all times
  • Providing information proactively and reactively to customers, TCIS staff, and management regarding the service provided
  • Gaining respect and confidence from coworkers and management teams
  • Prioritizing tasks, being flexible and adaptable, and working effectively under tight deadlines
  • Maintaining self-motivation, organizing and managing oneself, and helping to motivate others

 

Qualifications (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • Good I.T understanding (not limited too)
  • Security Patching (Software)
  • Infrastructure Hardware (Routers, Switches)
  • File Servers (Physical, Virtual)
  • Network Operating Systems (Linux, VMWare, Microsoft)

 

Languages

  • Fluent English (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension) B2 or higher, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels, both externally and internally
