Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute IT migration projects
  • Ensure minimal disruption to users during the migration process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a smooth transition
  • Document migration processes and procedures
  • Provide post-migration support to users and address any issues



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell
  • Proven experience in IT migration projects
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are preferred
  • Experience with Intune and endpoint management preferred
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices preferred
