Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office, Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

The Role: You’re excited by data, creativity, and the idea of using digital marketing for good. You’ve dipped your toes into paid social and know your way around LinkedIn Ads — maybe you’ve built a campaign, analyzed performance, or worked on audience targeting before. You’re looking to take what you know and apply it to a real-world project with impact. You’ll work on the optimization of a live LinkedIn Ads campaign for a nonprofit partner, supported by a Seer mentor onsite at our Philly office. You’ll be involved from kickoff to final delivery — learning a ton and making a difference along the way.

This will be a 6 week internship onsite in our Philadelphia office for ~10 hours a week, starting in mid June or early July.

Role Highlights

    • You’ll work on the optimization of a LinkedIn Ads campaign for a nonprofit partner
    • You’ll analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas
    • You’ll work with a mentor to validate your ideas and get feedback as you go
    • You’ll experiment with ad creative, audience segmentation, and campaign structure
    • You’ll make strategic recommendations to improve outcomes based on your findings
    • You’ll get exposure to Seer’s paid media tools and processes
    • You’ll complete this internship over 6 weeks, with the final week focused on campaign wrap-up and feedback

Essential Skills

    • You’ve had exposure to paid social platforms — especially LinkedIn Ads
    • You understand campaign basics like objectives, targeting, budgets, and bidding
    • You’re comfortable navigating ads managers and interpreting performance data
    • You’re analytical, creative, and curious about how to improve outcomes
    • You’re self-motivated and confident taking ownership of a project
    • You have strong communication skills — both written and verbal
    • You’re open to feedback and growth, and you’re eager to learn from a mentor
    • You’re organized and can manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities

This might not be the right role for you if

    • You’ve never worked in a paid social ads platform before
    • You’re looking for a fully remote internship — this one will be onsite in our Philly HQ
    • You prefer following instructions vs. owning a project from start to finish
    • You’re uncomfortable with analyzing data or optimizing digital campaigns
    • You’re not interested in supporting nonprofits or working on pro bono efforts
$15 - $15 an hour
