Develop and manage wing-to-wing recruitment process for finding top talent within BPO space for various job categories (general VA, sales, accounting, operations, etc.)
Train and supervise other team members in the recruitment and HR process
Create all recruitment marketing materials, including copy and designs for job postings
Establish and maintain a talent database of accepted, delayed, and rejected applicants
Determine which tools or websites to utilize for each job posting (e.g. LinkedIn vs Indeed vs Facebook, etc.)
Establish KPIs and other performance metrics to measure recruitment performance and areas for improvement
Oversee all aspects of the human resources function
Qualifications
5-10+ years’ experience successfully recruiting, onboarding, and managing teams, preferably in the BPO space
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven history of results-driven success
Deep connections and access to talented pools of VAs
Strong organization and attention to detail
College degree, preferably in a related field like HR
