The Role
As an Instructional Talent Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for instructional talent at Ziplines. This is a high-volume, high-energy recruiting role where urgency and precision are key. You’ll be tasked with building and maintaining a pipeline of exceptional instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs), leveraging LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other tools to execute rapid, targeted outreach.

Must-haves:
5+ years of high-volume recruiting or sales experience, ideally within education, admissions, or a similar fast-paced industry.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance metrics, such as number of hires or pipeline conversion rates.
Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Proven ability to create and maintain scalable recruitment processes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; your outreach resonates and inspires action.
High energy, urgency, and resilience—you thrive on momentum and don’t shy away from challenges.
A natural ability to sell—whether it’s the company mission, the role, or a candidate’s fit, you know how to win buy-in.

Familiarity with education-focused recruitment or instructional roles (strong plus).

What you'll do
Build and own the talent pipeline:
Use LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other recruiting tools to proactively source high volumes of candidates and continuously refine search strategies.
Manage targeted, personalized outreach to spark conversations and drive candidate engagement, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
Track and manage candidate pipelines systematically, ensuring efficiency and scalability as hiring needs evolve.
Execute with speed and precision:
Operate with urgency to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring targets.
Rapidly qualify candidates through initial screens, identifying top talent and keeping the pipeline moving at all times.
Develop and maintain scalable processes to manage high-volume recruiting without compromising quality.
Sell the vision:
Communicate Ziplines’ mission and the impact of instructional roles clearly and passionately to prospective candidates.
Build excitement around Ziplines’ opportunities, crafting compelling messages that resonate with different instructor personas.
Act as a trusted representative of the brand, balancing warmth and professionalism in all interactions.
Refine and optimize:
Continuously test and improve outreach messaging to maximize response rates and candidate engagement.
Gather data and insights to refine recruitment strategies and align with organizational needs.
Stay up-to-date with recruitment tools, trends, and best practices to ensure Ziplines remains competitive in the talent market.
Collaborate and strategize:
Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to understand instructional talent needs and align recruiting efforts with organizational goals.
Analyze industry trends and provide insights to inform recruitment and engagement strategies.

The salary range for this role: is $100,000 - $110,000 USD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
