We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. This role involves managing inbound leads, overseeing communication channels (email, LinkedIn, inbox), pre-qualifying potential clients, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
Manage and respond to inbound leads via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Conduct pre-qualification of prospects before handing over to the sales team
Maintain and update lead data in HubSpot CRM
Communicate with U.S.-based clients and prospects in a professional, timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
Follow internal sales processes and meet daily activity goals
Requirements
2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role
Prior experience working with U.S. clients
Strong familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Available to work 40 hours/week on Pacific Time (PST) schedule
Experience in sales or marketing preferred
Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (PST)
Fully remote
$1,300–$1,500/month base salary
Performance-based bonus (OTE: $1,700–$1,800/month)
