We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hiring Coordinator to join their team and ensure the smooth operation of their hiring and onboarding processes.
Position Summary:
The Hiring Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Client's Cleaning Services' hiring platform, conducting interviews with potential hires, and overseeing the onboarding process for new employees. Additionally, the coordinator will manage offboarding procedures to ensure seamless transitions when employees leave the company. The role will also include conducting group interviews, facilitating presentations, and staying current on best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring Platform Management:
- Oversee the company’s hiring platform, ensuring job postings are accurate, current, and optimized for attracting quality candidates.
- Monitor applications and maintain an organized candidate tracking system.
Interviewing Candidates:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct group interviews, presentations, and information sessions to introduce candidates to company values, culture, and their potential roles/responsibilities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding hiring decisions.
Onboarding New Hires:
- Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and background checks.
- Welcome new hires and facilitate orientation sessions.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Follow up with new hires during their initial weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
Offboarding Employees:
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
- Ensure all company property is returned, and final documentation is completed.
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth transitions for departing employees.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring process.
- Serve as a liaison between management and candidates to ensure open communication and seamless onboarding experiences.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in recruitment and onboarding.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
