In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner, building strong relationships with both our talent and our clients, ensuring expectations are aligned, communication flows openly, and engagement remains high across the board. 📍 This is a permanent position based in San José, Costa Rica, with 2 days per week of in-office work.
Serve as the primary People & Culture point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trust-based relationships
Join regular client meetings to share insights, align on goals, and gather feedback on team performance
Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders to anticipate needs and resolve concerns
Support onboarding for new hires on client teams, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
Track client satisfaction trends and propose strategies to strengthen the client experience
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and P&C teams to understand client goals, engagement needs, and team dynamics
Identify new opportunities to elevate the client experience via improved communications, training, or support
Identify or manage growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
Conduct 1:1 meetings with assigned team members to gather feedback, clarify concerns, and promote well-being.
Support the integration of new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported during their first months
Monitor employee sentiment and flag recurring patterns that may require targeted interventions
Act as an advocate for the client and the team member, helping align expectations and improve collaboration.
4–5 years of experience in client-facing People/HR roles, preferably in fast-paced or tech environments
Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
Deep understanding of employee engagement, retention, and well-being practices
Ability to navigate conversations with empathy and business acumen
Experience facilitating feedback conversations and resolving issues proactively
Proficiency in English (C1).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
