Head of Product Marketing

Description

Hi 👋

We are Bïrch. Our product is a mighty toolbox for all the things creative and growth marketing teams do — content creation, collaboration, and ad campaigns, all in one place. We’ve been in the game for over 8 years, trusted by 600+ companies and more than 5,500 marketers. With billions in ad spend running through our platform, we’re not just keeping up, we’re one of Meta’s fastest-growing partners and officially backed by both Meta and Google. Recently, we rebranded from Revealbot to Bïrch, and we wrote about this transformation journey here.

We’re hiring our first Head of Product Marketing, someone to bring clarity, strategy, and creativity to how we communicate about our product to our audience. We’re building innovative tools for marketing teams — including a creative AI-assisted product for content creation and distribution, and we need someone to define how these products are positioned, launched, and talked about.

This role is a chance to shape how our vision is introduced to the world. If you think in stories, care deeply about users, and want to be part of a shift toward more creative-first marketing — we’d love to talk.

🌍 Who are we?

We’re a remote-first team of friends spread around the world with an HQ in Barcelona. We’ve built one successful product and now transitioning to a broader vision. We hire globally and love meeting offline: last two years we were in Barcelona, the year before in Istanbul. Here’s our team’s Instagram that can show you more of who we are. We are a spicy mix of different cultures and backgrounds.

✍🏼 What will you do?

You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and product managers to shape how we talk about the product from strategy to execution.

Some of the focus areas:

  • Own our product marketing strategy from positioning to planning.
  • Lead product and feature launches: messaging, naming, go-to-market.
  • Bring audience insights into early product thinking, shaping ideas before they get intro production, participate in feature planning discussions.
  • Work with our design and content teams to develop creative assets and campaigns.
  • Oversee paid marketing — test channels, run experiments, and scale what works.
  • Collaborate on content — from landing pages to announcements to microcopy.
  • Help evolve our website as a key channel for positioning and conversion. </aside>

Requirements

🧑‍🎤 Who are you?

  • You’ve worked in a tech-forward environment, ideally B2B SaaS or AdTech/MarTech, and know how to communicate complex ideas simply
  • You communicate with empathy — listening, processing, and shaping clear messaging that helps products make sense to real people, from landing pages to launch campaigns
  • You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken, ideally at a native or near-native level
  • You’ve led product marketing, comms or PR — not just executed, but made decisions and shaped direction
  • You have a strong instinct for good copy — from headlines to product messaging, and can guide teams toward what resonates and what doesn’t
  • You’re following how AI is changing marketing — not just as a trend, but as a tool, and want to help shape what’s next

⛔️ Before you apply:

Let’s be honest — working with us isn’t all fun and pink unicorns (though it is a big part). Here are some potential challenges you’ll face:

  • We’re building something the market hasn’t seen before — you’ll need to educate as much as you promote.
  • The product is complex. Messaging has to be sharp, clear, and well thought through.
  • Priorities may change often. You’ll need to move fast, adapt, and not get too attached to any single idea.
  • There are many moving parts — the ability to prioritize is essential.

If all of that is not an issue for you, we would be happy to receive your application 🫶
