Head of Growth

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to drive Soum’s data-driven growth strategies across digital marketing, CRM, and analytics. This role focuses on the "hard side"of marketing, including performance marketing, SEO, customer lifecycle management, and growth analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce growth and performance optimization, with experience in the Saudi or Middle Eastern markets.

Role & Responsibilities

    • Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. 
    • Performance Marketing: Lead all paid digital marketing initiatives, including search, social, and display campaigns to optimize traffic and conversions.
    • Analytics & Insights: Build and manage a comprehensive analytics framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
    • Customer Journey Optimization: Lead CRM efforts, including segmentation, personalized marketing, and A/B testing to maximize customer engagement and retention.
    • SEO & Content Optimization: Oversee end-to-end SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and ensure content aligns with SEO best practices. 
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer service teams to identify growth opportunities and improve the customer experience
    • Data Management: Oversee data collection and utilization to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of marketing performance.

Requirements:

    • Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role within the e-commerce industry, ideally in the Saudi or Middle Eastern market.
    • Expertise: Proven expertise in performance marketing, CRM, analytics, and SEO.
    • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, growth tools, and performance tracking. 
    • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing growth teams. 
    • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance measurement.
    • Cultural Insight: Deep understanding of the Saudi and Middle Eastern customer base and market dynamics.
