Our client is dynamically developing outsourcing and recruitment agency that covers whole Poland. The company specializes in recruiting personnel for various industries, such as manufacturing, warehousing, agriculture, trade and clothing-manufacturing industry. The agency partners with companies such as Polarica, PanelSerwis, KBT, Piast, Electrical Components International, Erum.

 

Currently, we are looking for Head of Business Development and Operations who will involve overseeing business development, public representation of the company, and government relations (GR), while acting as a crucial buffer between key business functions such as product, marketing, and sales.

 

Head of Business Development and Operations is ensuring stable profit growth, responsible for strategic planning and implementation of actions aimed at achieving financial and operational goals of the company (for example, increasing sales, reducing costs, increasing performance)

 

• Planning: development of strategies and business plans, taking into account current resources and market trends.

• Business development: attracting new customers and maintaining relations with current clients.

• Organization: building a company structure, distribution of tasks and resources, supporting effective interaction within the team.

• Control: monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI), tracking financial discipline and project status.

• HR: hiring key specialists, developing employees and managing their motivation.

• Analytics and improvements: analysis of the company's weaknesses, elimination of problems and implementation of technologies to increase productivity

Requirements

• Experience in a leading position in the field of mass recruiting

• Experience in attracting new clients and closing deals

• Experience in Marketing in Project Management would be an asset
