Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, this role involves developing and implementing technical sales strategies, assisting customers with integrating our AI solutions and guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, and mentor team members. Use your leadership skills to build and structure the Sales Engineering Team.
Use Technical Sales Leadership by working with the sales team to meet company objectives by developing and executing technical sales strategies
Engage directly with customers to demonstrate product capabilities and assist in solution design by showing knowledge of technical requirements
Work close with Engineering Teams and Product Management to assure both technical sales and approaches align with the product vision capabilities Product Alignment:
Showcase the value of our products through various methods such as demos, presentations, etc.
Ensure alignment between customer requirements and product development by collaborating with Product Management, Engendering and Customer Success
Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying areas for improvement in the sales process, product offerings and customer engagement.
Who Should Apply?
Individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years in technical pre-sales or sales engineering, including 3+ years in leadership.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience with AI, machine learning, and cloud computing technologies
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.
Proven success in leading technical sales and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills focused on developing high-performing teams.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $215,000 a year
