Kueski is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of promotional campaigns across our internal and paid marketing channels. This role is ideal for a highly organized and collaborative marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing cross-functional stakeholders, and brings precision to the tactical execution of growth initiatives.
As a key contributor, you will oversee day-to-day promotional planning, coordinate timelines across Product, Design, Growth, and Analytics teams, and ensure all customer-facing campaigns are delivered on time, on-brand, and aligned with business goals. You will own campaign tracking, prioritize incoming marketing requests, and help maintain messaging consistency across the full customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

    • Promotions & Campaign Coordination
    • Support the planning and execution of product and marketing promotions, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
    • Maintain a centralized promotions calendar in coordination with Lifecycle, Paid Media, and Brand.
    • Partner with product and channel owners to align promotional efforts with business priorities.

    • Cross-Functional Negotiation & Prioritization
    • Work closely with Product, Design, Legal, and Analytics teams to align on campaign requirements and resolve blockers.
    • Negotiate deadlines and priorities with internal stakeholders based on business impact, channel bandwidth, and promotional relevance.
    • Ensure all promotional requests are properly briefed, tracked, and resourced in collaboration with project managers.

    • Operational Execution
    • Manage the end-to-end campaign execution workflow — from intake and creative review to launch and reporting.
    • Support QA of live campaigns across internal channels and coordinate fixes when needed.
    • Identify process gaps in promotions management and propose optimizations for efficiency and scalability.

    • Performance & Reporting Support
    • Assist in compiling results from promotional campaigns across lifecycle and paid channels.
    • Partner with the Analytics team to track basic campaign metrics and report on performance to stakeholders.
    • Help identify high-performing promotions and inform future planning with lessons learned.

Position Requirements

    • +4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, lifecycle marketing, or project coordination.
    • Experience in a growth-focused, cross-functional team environment, preferably in a tech, fintech, or e-commerce company.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage competing deadlines.
    • Clear and professional communication skills, especially when negotiating with multiple stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Braze, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira), and campaign tracking sheets or dashboards.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, lifecycle campaigns, and campaign performance metrics.
    • A strong sense of accountability and attention to detail in campaign execution
    • Experience working on high-frequency promotional calendars.
    • Familiarity with SQL, Google Analytics, or Looker for basic data checks.
    • Experience collaborating with design or creative teams on marketing assets.
    • Understanding of channel governance and lifecycle best practices.
