At Atlan, as our Growth Analytics Lead you will play a key role in shaping how we measure B2B marketing success within an Inbound and Account-Based framework. This strategic role is all about using data to drive smarter decisions, optimize marketing impact, and ultimately accelerate pipeline growth through advanced analytics and attribution modeling.

Your Mission at Atlan 🚀

    • 🔍 Design and implement robust multi-touch attribution models to accurately measure marketing’s contribution to pipeline and ARR.
    • 📊 Develop signal-based scoring frameworks to identify and prioritize high-intent accounts for marketing and BDR teams.
    • 🛤️ Create comprehensive journey analytics to uncover conversion drop-offs and optimization opportunities across the buyer’s journey.
    • 🎯 Establish data-driven experimentation frameworks to continuously optimize channel performance and budget allocation.
