The GPO Contract Administration Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of ION Large Physician Practice (LPP) specific projects. Assist with the implementation and pull through of LPP related marketing and communication efforts as well as provide analytics and support to the field team on LPP related matters when needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of LPP tracking tools for the utilization of sales pull through and Report Card compliance.
  • Train Relationship Managers (RMs) on the utilization of LPP specific customer relations tools including rebate tracker, report card progress tracker, web based tools, and other resources as they are developed.
  • Work closely with Professional Relations and Corporate Account to assist in the oversight of the implementation of service opportunities that relate to the LPP and further the company’s overall business intent.
  • Travels as required to understand /assist with the demands of RMs to manage LPP customers and to maintain customer relationships.
  • Track and execute LPP related service contract deliverables as assigned by the Director, Professional Relations.
  • Assist in the development of specific marketing content for LPP business/sales meeting agendas, to convey messages that will resonate with large practice clients to promote mission and goals of organization.
  • Assist in the management of additional LPP marketing and communication content, including Web site content, LPP Informs content, and other marketing tools as they are identified and developed.
  • Provide support to Director, Professional Relations when needed around the preparation, execution, and onsite management of LPP specific events and other strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support to LPP membership for a variety of customer relation needs as requested.
  • Assist with the operational management of LPP Advisory Panel and ION Strategic Committee as requested by Director, Professional Relations.
  • Responsible for the financial reporting and management of LPP customers through collaboration with Contracts and Finance department. This includes rebate tracking and communication, and managing the financial processes related to new LPP accounts.
  • Assist in the management of internal communication regarding the LPP, including meeting communication, sales and contract communication, and general ION communication.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by Director, Professional Relations.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. It also requires a minimum of four (4) years of operations and customer relations experience. This individual should have experience creating, implementing and managing processes to ensure department/company goals are met. In addition, experience in the execution of marketing and communication plans including the implementation of strategic marketing events is a plus. The GPO Contract Administration Specialist should posses a strong knowledge of business communication and the importance of strong customer relationships. This individual must be innovative, have strong leadership and decision making abilities, excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to successfully execute multiple tasks at the same time. This individual must work effectively independently and extremely well in a team environment to achieve the company’s overall business intent, mission and goals.

Salary Range*

$72,200 - 103,290

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
