Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and specific job roles.
- Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards and social media networks.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates.
- Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- No prior recruitment experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping others.
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and social media platforms is a benefit.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
