Role: Gaming Coordinator
As a Games Coordinator, you will be responsible for optimizing the process of onboarding new games from suppliers and ensuring a smooth and efficient gaming portfolio management system. You will also support our partners by facilitating the delivery of a high-quality gaming offering, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of game management.
Responsibilities:
Managing communication with partners, including key channels (inc project tools / central inbox), to ensure timely responses and clear coordination.
Ownership of the central games database including:
Compiling and maintaining the game portfolio.
Creating and improving the master game list.
Keeping multiple partners’ facing tools (via Monday) updated, including master and customer-specific boards.
Evaluating alternative solutions for tracking and organization of projects and processes?
Collaborating with multiple cross functional teams to set priorities and ensure timely game delivery.
Managing partner communication via multiple Monday boards, ensuring clear and efficient updates on game deliveries.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and ensure successful outcomes.
Full accountability for accuracy and quality control, ensuring all game-related data is maintained to the highest standard.
Requirements:
Experience in gaming (social or real-money), ideally with exposure to B2B supplier management.
Strong proficiency in online project management tools (experience with Monday.com is a plus, but familiarity with similar platforms is acceptable).
Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and process improvements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners.
Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
Highly organized, with strong project management experience (formal or informal).
Ability to adapt and optimize processes, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting of gaming content and deliveries.
