Research industry trends, player motivations, and competitive landscapes to inform innovation in promo mechanics.
Work closely with designers and developers to create seamless engagement-driven experiences.
Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of gamification and iterate based on player response.
Present gamification strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3-4+ years of experience as a Product Owner in B2B iGaming, social casino, or mobile gaming.
Hands-on experience developing engagement mechanics (Jackpots, Tournaments, Missions, Loyalty Programs, Free Spins, etc.).
Data-driven mindset—experience running A/B tests, defining KPIs, and analyzing player behavior.
Deep understanding of gamification principles, player psychology, and engagement tactics.
Strategic thinking & product leadership—ability to define a vision and drive execution.
Excellent communication skills—able to align teams, present strategies, and influence decisions.
