Full Stack Developer

The Senior Developer will play an integral part within the company development team. They will support SASBOSS (Provisioning and Billing Platform) and Partner Resource Centre (PRC). They will also need to support key systems and sites that are managed by the Development team such as the company website(WordPress).

Responsibilities:

    • Answering Level 2/3 dev support enquiries (bugs & feature management) from Channel Partners/Internal via different communication channels.
    • Develop and maintain SASBOSS, PRC and the company site.
    • Be available after-hours for on-call support based on team roster.
    • Accurately develop and incorporate Figma designs in to SASBOSS UI and deliver the UX exactly as expected by our products and UI/UX team.
    • Ensure SASBOSS UI is responsive and renders as expected across multipledevice types.
    • Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
    • Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to provide valuable input on product design and functionality from a technical perspective.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve reported software bugs.
    • Test new bug fixes and deploy to repository (pre-production).

To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Experience:
    • 5+ years of web development experience
    • In depth knowledge and detailed understanding of PHP.
    • In depth knowledge and understanding of API (Rest, Soap).
    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Microservice architecture.
    • In-depth knowledge of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery/Twig Templates.

    • Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management experience.
    • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to work adaptively, and adhere to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
