Forum's Venture Studio is a leading early-stage fund and program for B2B SaaS startups. Starting a company is demanding, complex, and psychologically challenging. As former founders and early-stage operators, we understand firsthand that Founders need support, honest feedback, and someone who truly cares in their corner.
Our mission is to make the journey easier and more successful for Founders, and we've achieved this by making over 350+ seed investments that have raised $600M+ in follow-on funding. Forum founders have gone on to raise from funds like Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, Uncork Capital, 8VC, Founders Fund, Menlo Ventures, Canaan, Bowery Capital, Susa Ventures, SV Angel, and more.
We’re looking for a Founder/CEO to lead a venture focused on modernizing compliance and certification in aerospace and defense. This platform will streamline audit management, risk assessment, and supply chain oversight, helping mid-market suppliers navigate complex regulatory requirements like AS9100, ITAR, and FAA standards. By leveraging AI-driven document processing and real-time regulatory updates, this solution will automate compliance tracking and reduce recertification timelines—making the process faster, more efficient, and reliable.
What are we exploring?
The aerospace and defense industry faces significant certification and compliance challenges due to outdated, manual processes and decentralized data. Mid-market suppliers, vital to the ecosystem, struggle with inefficiencies that lead to long recertification cycles. As regulatory requirements like AS9100, ITAR, and FAA standards become more complex, the need for a streamlined compliance solution grows.
We’re building a next-generation Quality Management System (QMS) tailored for aerospace and defense. Our platform will integrate audit management, risk assessment, and supply chain oversight to automate compliance tracking and simplify recertification. By leveraging AI-driven document processing and real-time regulatory updates, we aim to modernize certification workflows, making compliance faster, easier, and more reliable.
