Jasper is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CMO / Marketing Project Coordinator to help build and facilitate the marketing operating model at Jasper. This person will play an integral role in ensuring the effectiveness and productivity of the Marketing organization by overseeing and providing outstanding executive support as well as coordinating strategic programs and events. This position is a critical part of the Marketing team and will represent the Marketing org and the CMO in daily interactions with external and internal constituents and must operate on many levels with efficiency, enthusiasm and professionalism.
This fully remote role reports directly to the CMO and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Calendar Management: Maintaining a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, managing conflicting appointments, and proactively identifying potential scheduling issues.
Travel Coordination: Arranging domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Project Coordination: Supporting specific marketing projects and campaign launches by managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking progress.
Events Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of team offsites and other events, contributing to team building and strategic planning initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Interacting with marketing team, leadership team, key clients, and partners to facilitate communication and alignment.
Financial Oversight: Assisting with budgeting, expense reporting, and financial analysis.
Communication Management: Managing email correspondence, prioritizing messages, and drafting responses as needed.
Presentation Support: Assisting with the development of presentations, including research, data compilation, and design elements.
Internal Communications: Facilitating communication within the marketing team by disseminating information, coordinating internal meetings, preparing meeting agendas and materials, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Workspace: Expertise in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides for calendar management, document creation, and data analysis.
Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a marketing department.
Knowledge of marketing principles and terminology.
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
