Executive Assistant - Be the Anchor for Strong Leaders 

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 400+ students and 350+ full-time employees who will contribute significantly to our revenue in the next 12 months.

We are looking for someone who would love to have international exposure and is interested in working for a popular New York-based start-up. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an anchor to the VP of Growth, Jolijt Tamanaha. You will aid her through her daily tasks and routines and meet her operational/personal expectations. You will also be sidely assisting our co-founders, Josh Arbit and Jacob Goodman whenever required. 

This role is perfect for someone who is an excellent confidant and is tremendously businesslike. Far from being an ordinary assistant, you deep dive into the business aspects and understand the crux of it, and also be responsible for making crucial decisions. You will be an individual contributor who has outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand the VP’s work lifestyle and thinking process and implement them in your daily activities
  • Handle phone calls, schedules, calendar events, and appointments
  • Take full control of the nitty-gritty involved in the business/personal of the VP
  • Be the SPOC between the VP and the internal + external stakeholders
  • Proactively giving a heads-up to the VP of important schedules and deadlines
  • Facilitate day-to-day operational and administrative ad-hoc tasks
  • Preparing informative reports and presentations as and when required
  • The Unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
  • Degree level education
  • Hands-on experience in Google Suite

Working Hours

  • The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (US) / 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time
