Role: Executive Assistant
Hours: 12am - 8am SAST
Job Summary:
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their CEO/Founder. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, exceptional proficiency in Excel, and expertise in Zoho CRM and Zoho Meeting. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments using Zoho Meeting.
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM with accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial analyses using Excel.
- Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and follow up on tasks.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and business documents.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support in project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
