The Job

The Executive Assistant in Investor Relations will provide essential support to the VP of Investor Relations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. This position will involve a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing materials for investor-related events, and facilitating communication within the Investor Relations team and with key stakeholders. The role requires someone who can thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and contribute to the continued success of a rapidly scaling HPC company.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Investor Relations, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips.
  • Investor Relations Coordination: Assist with the preparation of investor meetings, earnings calls, and presentations. Ensure all materials and logistics are in place for effective communication with analysts, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Communication Management: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including drafting and proofreading emails, memos, and reports. Ensure that all communications are aligned with company messaging and brand guidelines, particularly around our leadership in HPC and digital asset mining.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Manage logistics for investor-related events, including roadshows, conferences, and internal meetings. Coordinate schedules, track RSVPs, and ensure all meeting materials are prepared and distributed.
  • Document and Data Management: Maintain organized records of investor relations materials, presentations, and related documentation. Assist with updating and managing databases of investors, analysts, and other key contacts.
  • Project Assistance: Provide general administrative support for investor relations projects, such as tracking key metrics, preparing reports, and coordinating efforts across the team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Cross-functional Support: Work closely with other departments (finance, marketing, legal) to ensure the alignment of investor communications, financial reporting, and market positioning.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with executives, investors, analysts, and external stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role, preferably within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, particularly in Investor Relations, finance, or technology sectors, is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial systems or databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive materials with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in technology, high-performance computing, and the digital asset mining industry is a plus.

This job operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, onsite position. General hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. some nights and weekends may be required.
