Responsibilities
- Maintain strong communication and customer service to homebuyers, branch personnel and divisions within the company
- Manage multiple loan files
- Collect and record customer information in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each loan file
- Coordinate closing tasks
- Follow-up on submitted and pending loans
