Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.

Enterprise Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in growing our business – delivering on our mission to accelerate U.S. leadership in the semiconductor industry. Leveraging your experience in the ecosystem, you’ll recruit new members into the consortium, ensure value delivery, and expand relationships towards deeper engagement with new service offerings.
This is a relationship-first role where success means building trust, meeting with member executives regularly, and becoming a collaboration partner they rely on. It doesn’t stop there – you'll work closely with our internal researchers and strategic technology partners, building strong relationships to architect and execute campaigns which drive joint success.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, understands the challenges in accelerating delivery of prototypes, and loves the challenge of driving new business while growing existing relationships across enterprise-level organizations.

Responsibilities:
Drive net-new member acquisition through strategic prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach.
Expand existing member relationships, uncovering ‘problems-to-be-solved' and growing engagement in consortium offerings by mapping needs to emerging capabilities.
Build trusted, in-person and virtual relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across a member’s R&D, manufacturing, and workforce functions.
Partner with marketing to leverage campaigns, events, and programs designed to get you in front of members and prospects.
Collaborate with internal resources to craft tailored solutions which solve real business challenges and shorten the time-to-prototype.
Manage 9-15 month enterprise sales cycle while keeping internal stakeholders confident in your execution.
Drive net new, retention, and expansion revenue where average deal size is $1M to $5M
Required Skills and Experience:
8+ years enterprise sales experience within the Semiconductor industry
Experience with extended, complex sales cycles requiring strong stakeholder management
Strong technical aptitude with broad exposure in the semiconductor ecosystem
History of exceeding revenue targets in semiconductor-related enterprise sales roles.
Curious, driven, and motivated to help a member company achieve real outcomes
Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at all levels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Positive outcomes in using strategic relationship management techniques.
Knowledge across the broad semiconductor ecosystem
Experience with industry consortiums
Exposure to capabilities of national labs, university research facilities, and the federal acquisition process.
