Position Overview
The End-to-End Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to the offer stage of the hiring process. The successful candidate will work closely with the talent sourcers and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs. Your job will be to match the best candidates to vacancies for our clients. You will run the end-to-end recruitment process for all our open positions and will be at the center of our efforts to get the right people for the future of our business.

Responsibilities

    • Set up and manage job roles within Lever (ATS), configuring application workflows, and ensuring accurate posting of job requisitions across various recruitment platforms
    • Reviewing and processing applications on a timely basis
    • Supporting team members on ad hoc administrative tasks
    • Create and execute effective strategies to attract top-tier candidates for open positions, such as software engineers and product owners.
    • Emphasize quality in endorsing candidates, making sure all candidates meet or exceed the criteria for the roles we’re hiring for.
    • Partner closely with the hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with hiring needs.
    • Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates, delivering an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other tools.

Requirements

    • At least 5 years of experience for technical roles
    • Expert knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluations
    • Capable of creating basic to advanced Boolean search strings
    • Excellent and effective communication skills
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (Lever or other similar platforms)
    • Sound interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when posting job adverts
    • Creative and consistent about getting things done
    • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in HR, Psychology or a related field

    • Work Schedule: Dayshift, Monday - Friday, 10AM to 7PM PHT
