As an Email Marketing Specialist reporting to the Director of Brand & Content Strategy, you’ll manage end-toend email campaigns that align with our overall strategy and business goals. Leveraging HubSpot, you’ll
design, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention. This role
requires combining technical skills, creative thinking, and data-driven insights to deliver impactful
communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails.
- HubSpot Expertise: Use HubSpot to build and manage email templates, contact lists, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Segment contact lists and create targeted email content to personalize the user journey and maximize conversions.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with copywriters and designers to create visually appealing, highperforming email assets.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and design elements.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure campaign success and inform strategy.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow industry best practices for deliverability and engagement.
- Workflow Automation: Design and maintain email workflows for onboarding, lead nurturing, and reengagement campaigns.
- Optimization: Continuously refine email templates, layouts, and content based on performance insights and industry trends.
