Position Summary
As our Email Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the data-driven strategy, execution, performance optimization, and reporting of email marketing initiatives across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to nurture to retention. You’ll work cross-functionally with content, design, operations, and analytics teams to scale high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Email Strategy & Execution
Continuously grow the size and segmentation of PartsBase’s lead generation email database through organic and paid sources.
Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy across the funnel: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
Develop and manage email campaign calendars, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies
Execute, test, and optimize email campaigns and flows using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms
Generate campaign reports and data-driven recommendations
Performance & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on key email KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.)
Implement and execute a continuous A/B testing program to optimize subject lines, content, send times, audience segmentation, and more.
Proactively address and implement improvement opportunities for both emails campaigns and supporting backend processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, and sales to ensure brand consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and alignment of messaging and creative supporting email campaigns.
Integrate email marketing automation efforts with CRM to provide the sales organization with intent signals, contribute to lead qualification, and lead hand-off processes.
Partner with customer success and product teams with onboarding and re-engagement sequences; continually improving internal, customer-facing campaigns
Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email deliverability best practices
Maintain database health, opt-in processes, monitor churn, and deploy re-engagement campaigns
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience (B2B and/or SaaS environments preferred)
Demonstrated success developing lifecycle programs and improving conversion through email
Proficiency in marketing automation, audience segmentation, and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, MailChimp)
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with creating and maintaining performance dashboards
Preferred experience working with enterprise CRMs such as ORO or Salesforce (CRM)
Working knowledge of email HTML/CSS and design principles a plus
Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
