🪶 You are:

Plume is seeking an experienced and strategic Ecosystem Lead to drive the growth, engagement, and success of our diverse network of partners, developers, and asset issuers. As the Ecosystem Lead, you will be responsible for cultivating a vibrant and collaborative community that accelerates the adoption of Plume’s blockchain solutions for real-world assets. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for fostering innovation.

🪶 Overall Responsibilities

1. Ecosystem Development & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand and strengthen Plume’s ecosystem, including developers, asset issuers, technology partners, and institutional stakeholders.

  • Identify and engage with potential ecosystem participants, assessing their needs and aligning them with Plume’s offerings.

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform ecosystem growth initiatives and maintain Plume’s competitive edge.

2. Partner Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective ecosystem partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ecosystem participants, addressing inquiries, facilitating collaborations, and providing ongoing support.

  • Develop and implement programs to onboard, educate, and engage partners, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development, to align ecosystem initiatives with company objectives.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between ecosystem partners and Plume’s internal teams to drive joint projects and innovations.

  • Provide feedback from ecosystem participants to inform product development and enhance Plume’s offerings.

4. Event Planning & Representation

  • Organize and participate in industry events, workshops, webinars, and conferences to promote Plume’s ecosystem and attract new participants.

  • Represent Plume at external events, delivering presentations, participating in panel discussions, and engaging with the broader blockchain community.

  • Coordinate and host ecosystem-specific events to facilitate networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among participants.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the health and growth of the ecosystem.

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address challenges.

  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on ecosystem developments, achievements, and opportunities.

🪶 Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in ecosystem development, partnership management, or community building within the blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors. Crypto native required.

  • Proven track record of successfully growing and managing complex ecosystems or networks of partners.

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the tokenization of real-world assets.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives.

  • Experience organizing and leading events, workshops, and other engagement activities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to advancing the adoption of blockchain solutions.
