About the Role
sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FO) Technical Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team in Indonesia. We are seeking individuals with strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO, preferably with experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, who have worked directly with customers on a variety of projects and provided customer support across a range of industries.
Main Responsibilities
- Hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and Power Platform, working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage Microsoft D365 FO and Power Platform using best development and implementation methodologies.
- Configuration services to meet the customer's requirements.
- Develop and customize technical specifications and reports within the Microsoft D365 FO solution.
- Test and QA developments.
- Assist with pre and post-sales, and support issues where needed.
- Assist in the preparation of service estimates and project plans.
- Providing client support and consultation in Microsoft technology solutions.
- Explore new features or developments of Microsoft D365 FO, Power Platform, and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with our Global teams.
Skills and Experience
- Have strong practical development exposure in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and Power Platform.
- Having at least 4 years of experience in the same field.
- Programming experience in X++ and C# is a must.
- Strong knowledge on AP / AR / Inventory / Projects / Integration development.
- Have experience in Business Intelligence Tools, Microsoft Azure products is a plus.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer-service orientation and commitment to insuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
- Knowledge of underlying of Microsoft technologies (SQL, Data analysis, reporting services) desirable.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Good documentation, presentation, and training skills.
- Excellent written and spoken in English.
- Constant motivation for learning and development, diligence, and responsible attitude.
- Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.
- Ability to focus on achieving results.
- Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner.
- Business processes knowledge of multiple industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a science- or technology-related field (preferred).
- Microsoft Certifications for Dynamics 365 FO or Power Platform or Azure cloud technology would be an advantage.
