What You Will Do
Chomps is seeking a visionary and dynamic Director, Sustainability & Impact to lead our mission goals in redefining best-for-you snacking. As the Director, Sustainability & Impact, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our social impact and sustainability strategies, programs, partnerships and initiatives that support the company’s mission goals. This role will be the executive liaison and company sponsor of mission, driving and articulating long-term company strategy. This role reports to the Senior Brand Director, and works in close collaboration with broader Marketing, Operations, Business Analytics and Sales and leadership teams. Success in this role will be demonstrated by effectively developing and delivering the company’s impact strategies, driving awareness of Chomps’ mission, building and executing efficient and effective partnerships and programs, and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
