Your Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead and evolve our Technology portfolio across Digital Solutions and Information Security, with a focus on infrastructure, enterprise collaboration tools, data programs, and cybersecurity-aligned initiatives. This role will drive program execution, cross-functional alignment, and governance maturity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is a critical leadership position within the PMO, responsible for delivering strategic outcomes while enhancing delivery discipline, transparency, and accountability across the technology portfolio.

Your Opportunity:

  • Provide strategic oversight and execution leadership across a portfolio spanning
  • Digital Solutions, infrastructure, enterprise collaboration platforms, data, and cybersecurity
  • Ensure delivery excellence and insight-driven execution by guiding project managers and maintaining high standards across the portfolio
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable solutions, communicate project status, and evangelize results
  • Lead governance efforts and drive maturity in project management practices including intake, prioritization, planning, risk management, and executive reporting
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align technical and data programs with business goals, security standards, and compliance requirements
  • Manage key initiatives in infrastructure modernization, secure implementation, and data governance
  • Work with the Sr. Director of the PMO to establish and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track progress, risks, and resource capacity
  • Mentor and lead a team of project managers (FTE and contractors), fostering a high- performance, delivery-focused culture

What You'll Need:

  • Strategic thinker with a strong delivery focus—brings structure and rigor without unnecessary overhead
  • Experienced across both legacy and modern infrastructure, with a deep understanding of how Digital Solutions, Infrastructure, and Information Security intersect
  • Skilled at leading through ambiguity with clarity and confidence
  • Strong grasp of compliance frameworks including GDPR, SOX, NIST, FedRAMP, and DoD ILx
  • Builds strong relationships and fosters collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams
  • 15+ years of experience in program and portfolio management, with over a decade leading complex technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale programs across remote, matrixed teams and partner effectively with stakeholders in technology, data, security, and the business
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure, enterprise collaboration platforms, and enterprise data programs, with experience implementing and maturing data governance frameworks
  • Skilled in value management with the ability to define, measure, and communicate the business impact of initiatives through quantitative outcomes
  • Adept at translating strategy into detailed work plans and delivering results through structured project execution
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, GDPR, and CCPA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance. US Pay Ranges

$161,500 - $215,500 USD
