Description

The Director of Multifamily Sales for Partner Development is responsible for all bulk sales to existing MDU’s in the multi-family sector. This position has oversight of the sales, product and pricing strategy and will partner with marketing to build a differentiated strategy and to generate a pipeline of new customers.  They are entrepreneurs, a strong and proven sales leader and have a desire to build a business.  As a critical member of the sales team this position requires a dynamic leader with a hands-on approach to evolve the go-to-market strategy for this emerging vertical of Blue Stream’s business.  
 


Key Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships of influence in this sector by connecting with key executives, decision makers, and influencers to ensure satisfaction at the highest levels.
  • Establish a pipeline of opportunities by demonstrating deep knowledge of the property owners and asset managers to align product offerings and packages with client needs.
  • Collaborate internally with the Product team to ensure that features, benefits, and product packaging are aligned with these verticals needs.
  • Work with marketing to develop the Blue Stream Fiber brand as “The” go-to fiber-optic provider for all MDU properties in the state. 


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) and/or related experience.
  • Computer Skills:
  • Microsoft software includes Power Point, Internet, e-mail, and construction and design software as required.
  • Able to understand decision makers - their pain points and priorities as well as the competitive landscape to proactively identify and capture opportunities; what is Blue Stream’s differentiated strategy in the new construction space?
  • You must maintain strong relationships with outside consultants, property owners, and property managers. 
  • An entrepreneurial drive and a track record of building on ideas and seeing them through.
  • Five years of enterprise level, complex sales experience.   
  • Ideally three years of experience in selling broadband solutions for the HOA or Multi-Family sectors or three years in multifamily property management.
  • Proven track record of achieving and beating sales quota by leading and managing teams.
  • Ideally, knowledge of the bulk and ROE services market in Florida. 
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM and how to effectively utilize it as a tool at the rep and leadership level.
  • A track record of working with a defined sales process and methodology.
  • Excellent time management, negotiation, goal setting, prospecting, and interpersonal skills.
