The Director of Product Analytics will lead and oversee the development and execution of data-driven strategies to support product growth and optimization. This leadership role will enable the Product team by providing actionable insights to drive product decisions, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and marketing teams, to ensure the product’s success through data-driven methodologies. Specifically, the role will partner with Product team to streamline customer experience across ecoATM/Gazelle ecosystem, which comprises Kiosk network, Web and Mobile Apps. This Sr. level Individual contributor role is critical for company’s Omni-channel strategy and will report directly into the SVP of Data & Analytics.

· Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product analytics or related fields,
  • Proven track record of using data to drive product strategy and business outcomes, especially in a tech or SaaS environment.

· Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.).
  • Expertise in using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, Causal Inference Methodologies and other advanced analytics techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing analytics infrastructure and processes.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
