About the Role:
As Director of Organic: Content & SEO, you'll lead our content strategy with a primary focus on driving organic growth through exceptional, search-optimized content. You'll collaborate closely with editorial teams, content creators, and key stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute content strategies across our growing portfolio, significantly increasing our organic traffic and domain authority.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader of content teams, managing production at scale and specializing in content optimized for SEO.
You're adept at optimizing production processes and wrangling large, diverse team of editors and writers. You know exactly how to keep the team focused and doing the work right. You're as confident developing and evolving content strategies, as you are staying on top of the production to keep content flowing at an ever increasing quality and performance.
Your leadership inspires and rallies teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. With significant experience managing editorial and SEO teams, content strategy, audience monetization strategy, and operations for digital publications.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record in media monetization, particularly in advertising for B2B SaaS products. Data-driven decision-making is second nature to you, and you’re adept at analyzing market dynamics, identifying differentiation opportunities, and adapting to evolving industry landscapes.
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
This full time position is available as a either a 100% remote or hybrid position if you're able /would like to commute into our Vancouver office. The role offers an annual salary in the range of $150,000 to $200,000 CAD. The range is a guide for the expected skills, knowledge and experience for new hires based in Canada only. Seniority level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. This means ranges will vary for candidates based outside of Canada and/or at different seniority levels. In addition to annual salary, full time employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
