We're not just building clinics. We’re building scalable, brand-aligned healthcare spaces that function beautifully on day one and hold up on day 1,000. The right person for this role blends design literacy, construction discipline, and an operator’s mindset. You’ll oversee the delivery of multiple new clinics annually, translating a strong facility program into execution plans that scale and flex with our growth. You’re equally at home in design review as you are in a GC meeting, and you don’t mind jumping into the weeds when timelines are tight.

What You'll Do:

    • Manage internal and external partners to develop site-specific clinic designs that align with our core facility standards.
    • Set and manage project budgets in alignment with capital targets; review and qualify GC payment applications to ensure billing accuracy and work completion.
    • Lead the permitting, GC selection, bid leveling, and construction oversight process for multiple concurrent projects.
    • Review architectural plans with a sharp eye for functionality, brand fidelity, and cost impact.
    • Oversee project RFIs, submittals, and related workflows to prevent delays and maintain schedule and budget integrity.
    • Lead weekly project check-ins with vendors and stakeholders; track risk items proactively.
    • Own the details that matter: equipment layouts, utility coordination, finishes, signage, O&M docs.
    • Build playbooks and templates that make us faster, smarter, and more successful with each new project.
    • Coordinate long-lead procurement and delivery schedules across projects.
    • Serve as a trusted partner to clinical and ops teams to make sure what we build works.
    • Manage external project managers, owner’s reps, and consultants to ensure accountability, scope alignment, and cross-market consistency.
    • Travel to key sites as needed for pre-con, milestone walks, and handoffs.

What You'll Bring:

    • 8+ years of experience in capital project execution, facility design, and multi-site construction.
    • Experience delivering healthcare or outpatient clinics required.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience setting project budgets, tracking against forecasts, and validating contractor pay apps.
    • Confidence leading external teams, including architects, consultants, and project managers, while driving accountability without micromanagement.
    • You’ve managed projects through the full lifecycle: from scope and schematic to punch and warranty.
    • Strong design sensibility with an ability to prioritize what’s essential.
    • Confident managing vendors, resolving conflicts, and holding timelines without creating chaos.
    • Tech-savvy, highly organized, and energized by solving complex, cross-functional challenges.
    • You travel when needed, but you know how to drive projects remotely with accountability.
$140,000 - $170,000 a year
