About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic, commercially-savvy Director, HR Business Partnership to support Docebo’s Global Revenue Organization, including our Global Sales, Customer Experience, and Revenue Operations teams. This leader will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with  business priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth, global SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supporting complex go-to-market organizations, with a strong track record in sales compensation and incentives, sales team retention strategies, organizational design, and change management to support a growing and scaling AI first business

Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Revenue vertical for HR Business partnership, serving as the lead HRBP to Docebo’s Chief Revenue Officer and their global Revenue Leadership Team. ● Partner closely with senior revenue leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and scalable growth. 
    • Lead and guide workforce planning and organizational design for high-growth, global teams. 
    • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Total Rewards on the design, implementation, and optimization of sales compensation and incentive plans that drive high performance and strong retention of top performers.
    • Champion and implement talent initiatives including performance management, leadership development, succession planning, talent programs and employee engagement. 
    • Coach and support leaders on organizational dynamics and challenges, leadership effectiveness, and team health to drive accountability and build a strong, inclusive culture. 
    • Use people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive strategic and data informed decision-making in partnership with the global reveue leadership team. 
    • Collaborate with the broader People team (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, People Operations teams.) to deliver integrated, business-aligned people solutions that drive tangible impact. 
    • eServe as a key voice in shaping and evolving the overall Employee Success strategy at Docebo, contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives and programs. 

Requirements:

    • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years supporting global SaaS or technology-driven sales organizations 
    • Proven experience in sales compensation/incentive design and execution, ideally in a SaaS recurring revenue organization 
    • Deep understanding of Revenue team organizational design and development within global, fast-scaling environments. 
    • Strong executive presence, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and advise senior leaders you partner closely with. 
    • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business goals into effective HR strategies and programs. 
    • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills. 
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a high-growth, change agile organization. 
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. 
    • Global experience and ability to work across cultures and time zones, particularly EMEA.
    • Experience working in global organization with of over 500+ employees; Experience supporting Revenue or Sales Organizations of 150 employees or greater.
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field 
    • Utilize people data and insights to inform strategy, identify trends, and influence decision-making with key business stakeholders.
