POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Data Center Project Development will work with the cross-functional team to pinpoint locations and sites of interest for the development of data centers and engage with key stakeholders. This includes negotiating agreements and fostering relationships with landowners, economic development authorities, energy and telecommunication companies, government officials, data center developers, and providers. This role involves leading discussions related to power purchase agreements, lease agreements, addressing various compliance matters, developing site/infrastructure strategies, and monitoring project milestones. This position is expected to travel up to 50% of the time.
$200,000 - $240,000 a year
